Meet Kim and Macklen, your resident realists
Kim is a passionate, engaged American who has had it with the state of politics today. She is a self-described realist who prefers to apply common sense to most things, whether people like it or not. Kim is a mom, military spouse, bookkeeper and teacher. When not working, she can be found spending time with friends and family, keeping up on current events, playing games and sports, watching her favorite shows and movies, or listening to and playing music.
Macklen (he/him) is an open-minded, community advocate who brings a level head and laughs to all he does. He is an activist, organizer, writer, and comedian from Vermont. A devout atheist, he believes in the importance of community, the power of kindness, and the potential of collective action. When he’s not teaching improvisation or out in the streets protesting for any number of social causes, he can usually be found creating a ruckus at city council meetings.
